What’s included

Strategy & roadmap

Set a practical direction for systems, security, and
data that supports revenue, reduces risk, and avoids tool sprawl. We keep it current as your goals change.

Executive reporting

Plain-English status, key decisions, and risks. You get
a one-page summary, not a ticket dump.

Vendor management

Source, brief, and hold providers accountable. We standardize scopes, compare proposals fairly, and keep delivery on track.

Security governance

Define sensible policies for access, data handling, and incident response. We balance protection with team productivity.

Project portfolio

Maintain a prioritized backlog with owners, timelines, and dependencies. You see what’s in flight and what’s next at a glance.

Compliance guidance

Align practices with ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS where relevant. We focus on evidence you actually produce while doing real work.

How we work

Kickoff & access

Confirm business goals, agree cadence, and ensure we have the permissions and contacts needed to act.

Backlog build

Convert findings and asks into scoped projects with effort ranges and clear success criteria.

Run the plan

Move work every week, unblock vendors, and surface decisions early.

Measure & adjust

Review outcomes, update the roadmap, and re-sequence when priorities shift.

Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs)

We know you have questions. We have
answers to some of them.

Do you provide fixed quotes?
Yes. For clearly defined pieces of work we can provide a fixed quote up front, so you have certainty on cost before we start. For more open-ended engagements we'll agree an estimate range and keep you updated as we progress.
What is your minimum and how do you round time?
The minimum billing is one hour. Time is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.
What counts as billable time?
Billable time includes any work we do on your behalf: investigation, implementation, configuration, documentation, meetings, and coordination with third parties. We don't bill for general sales conversations or high-level scoping before you've approved work.
How is the estimate tolerance set?
For each scoped piece of work we'll agree an estimate with a tolerance band (for example ±20%) based on the information available at the time. If we discover material changes or risks that could move us outside that band, we'll flag it early and re-confirm scope and budget with you before proceeding.

Optizap gave us clarity on what we had, what was at risk, and a realistic plan to fix it. Roadmaps and reviews mean IT is now part of our planning, not an afterthought.
